Returns and Refunds

We have a Customer Friendly return policy i.e you can easily return any purchased item within 7 days of its purchase by simply contacting the customer support and we will refund you full amount.

  • Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or color 

  • Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work) or is not as described 

  • Refund: We refund full amount instantly.

  • Pickup and Delivery: pickup and delivery of your order will be scheduled by us.

  • Time Frame: Though we refund the amount instantly but because of the bank procedures it may take 1 to 2 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.​ You can expect the delivery of your purchased items within 5 to 8 business days. Pickup generally reaches within 2 to 3 business days

Delivery Information 

 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery


The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.
